If you can smell gas, are unable to contact one of our plumbers and believe it to be an absolute emergency please call the National Grid Emergency Number on 0800 111 999. 

If the problem is through a fault of your own and/or is not deemed an emergency, the cost of the call out and any work completed will be sent for your attention to pay. Please note that call outs after 5.30pm or on weekends, public holidays etc. are more expensive than a call out during normal office hours.
