Our Leadership Team

Chris Arnold
Co-Founder
Chris co-founded the firm in 1991 and specialises in the sale of village properties and new homes. He advises developers to ensure their schemes meet market demand and also coordinates sales and marketing to help realise maximum return on an investment.
Nick Harris
Co-Founder
Nick is one of the founders of the firm and specialises in professional and agency work. Over more than 30 years in the Cambridge area he advised landowners, landlords and tenants about planning, development, sales and lettings across the full spectrum of commercial buildings and land.
Oliver Hughes
Director & New Homes Department Manager
Oliver joined RAH in 2016 and has over 20 years’ experience in the industry. Oliver is a Director at RAH, and also heads up the New Homes department. His expertise covers new homes, land, property development, as well as residential sales and his in-depth knowledge of the local property market makes him an integral part of the team.
Jason Harvey
Director
Jason is a Director at RAH and has 19 years’ experience valuing and selling property in Cambridge and the surrounding villages. Based in our city office, Jason joined RAH in 2017 and is always happy to discuss the local market and advise on the marketing and selling process.
Christopher Toynbee
LLB, FARLA
Director & Lettings and Investment Department Manager
Chris is a Director at RAH and manages the Lettings and Investment Department. He is also an experienced property professional with his own portfolio of buy-to-let property including houses in multiple occupancy (HMOs). His extensive knowledge of the Cambridge rental scene is invaluable to our existing landlords as well as to investors looking to tap into the strong Cambridge market.
Alex Gray
Director & Residential Department Manager
Alex is a Director at RAH and manages the Residential Department. Alex joined us in 2016 after a 20 year career at Tucker Gardner where he managed the company's regional office network.

Anna Logan
ARLA
Head of Lettings
Anna joined RAH in 2020, following 3 years heading up the residential team at a private investment company and, prior to that, an 18 year career at TuckerGardner. Anna has a deep and enviable knowledge of the residential lettings market and, as a result, is the perfect choice to head up our lettings department.
Anne Jopson
Personal Assistant
Anne joined RAH as a Personal Assistant to Nick Harris in 2012. Anne provides full support to our agency work and takes responsibility for the day to day running of the commercial office, including handling enquiries and preparing property literature.
Becky Eeles
Assistant Lettings Manager
Becky has over 10 years’ experience in residential lettings, joining RAH in 2017 as an experienced Property Manager. As well as continuing to look after a portfolio of properties, Becky is now the Assistant Lettings Manager, and her knowledge and professional approach makes her an invaluable part of the team.
Debra Mansworth
Property Manager
Debra joined RAH in 2018. She has a calm, flexible approach and over the past three years she has undertaken an administrative role providing valued support for her colleagues in the Lettings Department. Debra has recently been promoted to Property Manager and her new role involves handling all aspects of tenancies for our client landlords, as well as day to day management of maintenance and any issues that may arise.
Elena Leo
Property Manager
Elena joined RAH in 2021, coming from a background in student property management, which is an excellent grounding in the industry. A typical day in Elena’s role includes speaking with landlords and tenants, dealing with maintenance issues and ensuring all properties are compliant in terms of safety and legislation. Her friendly, approachable nature fits the role perfectly.

Ellyn Smith
Senior Sales Negotiator
Ellyn joined RAH in the sales department in 2014 as a Sales Administrator and has since progressed to Senior Sales Negotiator. Her role involves handling all aspects of property sales from booking initial viewings through to negotiating offers and agreeing sales. A large part of Ellyn’s role is also progressing sales from offer accepted through to exchange and completion.
Fran Minnaar
Personal Assistant
Fran joined RAH as a Personal Assistant to Nick Harris in 2003. Fran provides Nick with key support in managing a hectic and demanding schedule; assisting with the full range of agency and professional work as well as the daily operation of a successful and thriving business.
George Davies
Sales Negotiator
George has been with RAH for 2 years, having started in 2019. He is a sales negotiator based at our Great Shelford office and deals with clients at all stages of the house buying and selling process.
Gillian Butler
Head of Accounts
Gillian heads up the Residential Lettings Accounts Department and has over 20 years experience working within the department at RAH. She has seen the Accounts Team expand as the number of properties we manage has grown. Gillian enjoys being able to provide support and advice to colleagues while overseeing the smooth running of her department.

Lettings Manager
Hannah has been a Lettings Manager for RAH since 2017. With over 15 years of experience and a highly regarded reputation in the industry she specialises in valuations and advising new and existing Landlords on all elements of the lettings process. Her wealth of experience and knowledge are an asset to the team.
Hannah Stanford
Property Manager
Hannah joined the Lettings department in 2018 as a Lettings Negotiator, and in 2020 became a Property Manager for RAH. Her role involves managing a portfolio of properties in the City and South Cambridgeshire, working closely with our client Landlords and tenants to resolve any issues which may arise.
Helen Collier
Office Manager
Helen has been with RAH since 1999 and is our office manager. Helen looks after the marketing of every new property that comes to the sales market. From sales particulars to advertising and marketing, Helen will ensure your property is presented beautifully.
Inma Rodriguez
Accounts Assistant
Inma is originally from Spain, where she worked for a construction company taking care of the accounts. She moved to Cardiff in May 2013 and worked for almost 6 years there as an accountant. After meeting her partner in Cardiff, they moved to Cambridge in 2018, which is when Inma started at RAH as an accounts’ assistant. Her attention to detail and knowledge make her an excellent addition to the team.
Jane Bailey
Sales Negotiator
Jane joined RAH as Sales Progressor in 2015. Her role involves keeping lines of communication open between our selling clients, their buyers and the solicitors and lenders through to exchange and completion. In monitoring the progress of sales Jane competently keeps both parties informed, maintaining confidence, and ensuring that the sale concludes as smoothly and speedily as possible.

Jessica Gardner
Residential Sales Negotiator
Jessie joined RAH in 2020. She is based in the Cambridge office as a Negotiator in the Residential Sales division. Never one to sit still, Jessie continually ensures that our large database of buyers are kept well updated with details of any new properties that RAH bring to the market.
Jessica Wright
Property Manager
Jessica joined RAH as a Property Manager in September 2020 and is responsible for a portfolio of around 140 properties. Based in Cambridge, Jessica brings with her experience in managing properties in the hotel and commercial sector, including day-to-day management and problem solving. These skills enable her to handle a residential portfolio efficiently and effectively.
Kelly Vaughan
New Homes & Land
Kelly joined RAH in 2018 and looks after all our developer clients. She has been successfully developing property herself for over 20 years and understands how to make a development work for both developer and homeowner. Her experience in both building and selling properties proves invaluable, and she continues to be the go-to person for many local developers.
Lauren Evans
Lettings Negotiator
Lauren is one of our Lettings Negotiators and joined the team in 2019. Matching people with property, Lauren ensures that all new tenants have a smooth experience from their initial enquiry, right through to moving in day. Lauren’s enthusiasm and professionalism means she is a huge asset to the team.
Maddy Cunningham
Residential Lettings Accounts Assistant
Having joined RAH in 1991, Maddy has a huge spectrum of knowledge across the lettings department and is very familiar with our portfolio of residential properties. Maddy is now working in the accounts department and is on hand to help with enquiries and queries.
Megan Cracknell
MARLA
Senior Lettings Negotiator
Megan joined RAH in February 2016 and is our Senior Lettings Negotiator. Megan is often the first point of contact for new landlords and offers a wealth of knowledge of the busy Cambridge market. Alongside the application process, Megan is also responsible for the marketing of new properties in Cambridge and surrounding villages, ensuring our client's properties stand out.
Michael Donnelly
Head of Residential Sales
Michael joined RAH in 2018 and is head of Residential Sales in Great Shelford, complementing the Shelford team of experts. He brings with him 23 years’ experience, having worked for two of Cambridge’s largest rival firms at Director level. His knowledge, combined with a straightforward caring approach has earned him the reputation of one of Cambridge’s leading property professionals.
Natasha McWade
Residential Sales Assistant
Natasha is part of the Residential Sales Team in the Great Shelford Office. Natasha joined RAH in 2018 following a 20 year career in a customer service role, this experience means that Natasha understands the importance of great service. Natasha is responsible for dealing with all aspects of a sale, from arranging viewings to taking offers and assisting you through to exchange and completion.
Talitha Childs
Property Manager
Talitha has over 20 years’ experience in the housing industry, 18 years of these being with RAH where she started in 2003. She has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of property management and now deals with our large Let Only portfolio, being on hand to assist and advise when required.
Toby Naylon
Trainee Lettings Negotiator
Toby joined RAH as a Lettings Negotiator in 2021. He previously worked in the Superyacht industry, but has since decided to pursue his dream career in property, with the focus of one day starting his own business. Toby is responsible for ensuring the breezy, professional and enjoyable experience that our RAH clients deserve, and his personable and positive nature makes this possible.

Viewing Representative
Zoe started with RAH in 2021, initially helping us to cover our very busy viewings diary. She has now taken on the full time position of trainee Negotiator, where her vibrant personality and can-do attitude make her an ideal choice for this customer-facing role.
